Terms & Conditions

Quotation Validity

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.

Scope of Work

• The quotation is based on the requirements provided by the client. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

Pricing

• Prices are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated. Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice.

Payment Terms

• A % advance payment is required to start working, with the balance due upon project completion or as per milestones agreed upon.

Delivery Timeline

• Delivery timelines are estimates based on the provided scope and commence upon receipt of advance payment. Delays caused by changes in requirements or client-side delays are not the responsibility of Damují Solutions.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation by the client after acceptance of the quotation may result in a cancellation fee proportional to the work completed.

Confidentiality

• Damují Solutions will maintain the confidentiality of all client-provided information and expects the same from the client for proprietary materials shared during the project.

Liability

• Damují Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project. Our liability is limited to the value of the quotation.

Ownership of Deliverables

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Damují Solutions retains the right to use non-confidential deliverables for portfolio purposes.

Acceptance of Terms

• By accepting the quotation, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
